How do I register for and sign in to an m.tix account?
Register with your mobile phone number and create a PIN to set up your m.tix account. You will receive a confirmation email after completing your transaction.
What is the maximum number of tickets I can purchase in a single day?
You may purchase up to 10 tickets per day without food and beverage, with a maximum of 8 tickets for the same movie and showtime. If your transaction includes food and beverage, you may purchase up to 30 tickets per day.
Can I cancel or change a ticket after it has been purchased?
Ticket purchases cannot be changed or canceled once completed. If the cinema cancels or reschedules a screening, Cinema XXI will contact affected customers within one business day to arrange a new screening or provide a refund.
How does the refund process work, and how long does it take?
If a screening is canceled due to technical issues at the cinema, refunds are automatically processed to your m.tix balance or the original payment method. Refunds to your m.tix balance are usually completed within one business day. Refunds to credit or debit cards may take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank.
How do I use my ticket at the cinema after booking online?
Open the My Order section in the m.tix app and show your transaction QR code at a self-service kiosk in the cinema lobby. Your physical ticket will be printed automatically and can be presented to staff at the theatre entrance.
