How do I book a seat at The Premiere?
You can purchase The Premiere tickets through the m.tix, TIX ID, and GoPay app by selecting a theatre labeled The Premiere, or at the cinema box office.
Does the ticket price include food and beverages?
No. The Premiere ticket price covers only access to the premium theatre and its services. Food and beverages from The Premiere Café are sold separately. Guests may order before or during the movie through the m-dining service, and our team will deliver orders to their seats.
Are XXI Café products halal-certified?
Yes. Cinema XXI has been officially awarded a Halal Certificate by Indonesia's Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH) with certificate number ID00410020415041024. Cinema XXI has also received an A (Excellent) rating from LPPOM MUI for its Halal Assurance System.

Are children allowed in The Premiere theatres?
Yes. Children may attend movies in The Premiere theatres if the film’s rating is appropriate for their age. Children aged 2 and above require their own ticket and seat. Please purchase tickets for SU-rated (Suitable for All Ages) movies for children.
