Jakarta, May 2, 2025 &ndash; Cinema XXI (stock code: CNMA) has set a new monthly record for total admissions. In April 2025, Cinema XXI recorded over 14 million admissions across its cinema network, surpassing the previous record of 11.7 million admissions set in June 2019. This achievement marks the highest monthly admission in the company&rsquo;s history.

President Director of Cinema XXI, Suryo Suherman, expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the Indonesian for their unwavering enthusiasm toward the cinema-going experience.

Sepanjang bulan April 2025, Cinema XXI mencatatkan lebih dari 14 juta penonton di seluruh jaringan bioskopnya, melampaui rekor sebelumnya yang tercatat pada Juni 2019 sebesar 11,7 juta penonton. Pencapaian pada April 2025 ini merupakan yang tertinggi sepanjang sejarah perusahaan.

Jakarta, April 24, 2025 &ndash; &nbsp;PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya Tbk. (Cinema XXI, stock code: CNMA) recorded revenue of IDR929.2 billion in the first quarter of 2025. In the first three months of 2025, cinema ticket sales contributed 63% and the food and beverage (F&amp;B) business line contributed 33% to the revenue.&nbsp;

President Director of Cinema XXI, Suryo Suherman, explained that seasonality and momentum impact the number of total admissions and shape the dynamics of the cinema industry. &quot;March 2025, the third month of the first quarter, coincided with the Ramadan period. Based on our operational history, this time typically results in a shift in consumption trends that affects people&#39;s priorities and spending habits. Specifically for the entertainment segment, moviegoing activity lowers compared to regular days,&quot; he added.

In the first quarter of 2025, five (5) movies surpassed one million viewers, compared to seven (7) in the same period last year. This condition was also reflected in Cinema XXI&#39;s revenue, which experienced a decrease in the first quarter of 2025 compared to the previous year. Nevertheless, Cinema XXI still demonstrated healthy business performance by recording a positive EBITDA of IDR125.2 billion in the first quarter of 2025. Additionally, Cinema XXI also successfully maintained its spend per head (SPH) for F&amp;B product purchases at IDR24,425, higher than the same period in 2024, which was IDR22,401.

Amidst the industry&#39;s dynamics, we are pleased to report a positive EBITDA, reflecting the Company&#39;s healthy and stable operational condition. Furthermore, we remain focused on expanding and providing quality, affordable, and easily accessible entertainment options for the Indonesian people. In Q1 2025, Cinema XXI opened four new cinema locations with an additional 15 screens,&quot; said Suryo.

The four newest cinemas opened throughout Q1 2025 are Tenth Avenue XXI Bandung, Living World Grand Wisata XXI Bekasi, Bandara City Mall XXI Tangerang, and Mall Indramayu XXI. Thus, as of March 31, 2025, the Cinema XXI network has reached 66 cities/regencies across Indonesia, with a total of 1,365 screens in 260 cinema locations.

Suryo added that the situation will reverse in the second quarter of 2025. &quot;Total admission in the current month of April 2025 are nearing the total admissions in Q1 2025. The notable increase in total admission was driven by five movies that were released during the Lebaran holiday period. This success highlights the strong appeal of cinemas as a source of quality and affordable entertainment. It also emphasizes the significance of special occasions in attracting viewers to the cinema,&quot; Suryo stated.

Pencapaian pada tiga bulan pertama 2025 ini utamanya dikontribusikan dari penjualan tiket bioskop sebesar 63% dan lini bisnis makanan dan minuman (F&amp;B) sebesar 33%.

Direktur Utama Cinema XXI Suryo Suherman menjelaskan bahwa faktor seasonality dan momentum mempengaruhi jumlah kunjungan penonton dan mewarnai dinamika industri bioskop. &ldquo;Bulan ketiga di kuartal pertama 2025, yakni pada bulan Maret bertepatan dengan momen Ramadhan. Berdasarkan histori operasional, pada momentum ini terlihat perubahan tren konsumsi yang mempengaruhi prioritas dan pola konsumsi masyarakat. Secara khusus untuk segmen hiburan, aktivitas menonton film di bioskop menurun jika dibandingkan hari-hari biasanya,&rdquo; tambahnya.

Pada kuartal pertama 2025 terdapat lima (5) film yang memperoleh lebih dari 1 juta penonton, sementara pada periode yang sama tahun lalu terdapat tujuh (7) film. &nbsp;Kondisi ini pun tercermin pada pendapatan Cinema XXI yang mengalami penurunan pada kuartal pertama tahun 2025 jika dibandingkan periode yang sebelumnya. Kendati demikian, Cinema XXI tetap memperlihatkan kinerja bisnis yang sehat dengan mencatat EBITDA positif sebesar Rp125,2 miliar pada kuartal pertama 2025. Tidak hanya itu, Cinema XXI juga berhasil mempertahankan spend per head (SPH) untuk pembelanjaan produk F&amp;B sebesar Rp24.425, lebih tinggi dibandingkan periode yang sama di tahun 2024 sebesar Rp22.401.

Cinema XXI Maintains Positive EBITDA and Records IDR929.2 Billion Revenue in Q1 2025

Cinema XXI Berhasil Jaga EBITDA Positif di Kuartal I 2025 dan Bukukan Pendapatan Rp929,2 miliar

In line with Cinema XXI&#39;s commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR), the company hosted a Ramadan CSR activity titled &quot;Together Increase Goodness and Brotherhood in the Month of Ramadan.&quot;

This event took place on March 25, 2025, and benefited the Merah Putih Karya Mandiri Foundation (YMPKM), located in Cilincing. YMPKM operates a learning center that serves 200 people of various age groups, ranging from elementary school, junior high school, senior high school, to elderly members of the community.

Established in 2006, the learning center offers a range of programs such as early childhood education, alternative education packages (Paket A-B-C), Quranic education for both children and mothers, tutoring for children with special needs, and food preparation classes. In addition to the learning center, YMPKM also supports the local community, especially mothers, by facilitating home-based economic activities such as snack preparation and sewing.

Cinema XXI has partnered with YMPKM to support the community by empowering mothers who are members of YMPKM to upcycle cinema seat covers into multi-purpose pillows. These pillows have been donated to those in need, including orphanages, learning centers, and public transportation drivers.&nbsp;

The series of CSR activities during this Ramadan began with a special movie screening (nobar) of the film &quot;1 Kakak 7 Ponakan&quot; with 100 children and administrators of YMPKM at Koja Trade Mall XXI. This was followed by a visit to the Immersive Studio of the Jakarta Library and a joint iftar (breaking of fast) with Cinema XXI employees at The Ballroom Djakarta Theatre. The iftar event, opened by Cinema XXI Director Dody Suhartono, also included a spiritual sermon from Ustad Akrie Patrio.

To support the teaching and learning activities at YMPKM, Cinema XXI made donations to assist with the renovation of the learning center building and provided Ramadan gifts for teachers and students. &quot;We hope that this activity brings joy and blessings to the children and administrators of the Foundation,&quot; said Cinema XXI Director Dody Suhartono in his remarks.

Sharing Session with Prof. George Anwar 
On the occasion of the joint iftar, Cinema XXI also featured George Anwar, BSc, MS, and PhD, a lecturer in Mechanical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley and San Francisco State University. George shared his insights and experiences on creativity and innovation with nearly 300 Cinema XXI employees in attendance. 
 
George emphasized that imagination and original ideas are crucial components of creativity. He identified three types of creativity: exploratory creativity which involves research, transformative creativity which involves groundbreaking inventions, and combinational creativity which combines ideas. George exemplified this creativity in the food and beverage menus served at Cinema XXI. 
 
Additionally, George defined innovation as the process of creating new concepts that promote progress, whether in technology, social, organizational, or business. He stressed that innovation aims to increase efficiency and positively impact various aspects of life. &quot; Innovation should always be nurtured because it is intrinsically linked to creativity. Both innovation and creativity need to be supported and valued, as innovation is fundamentally the manifestation of imaginative and creative thinking,&quot; said George.

Sejalan dengan komitmen tanggung jawab sosial (corporate social responsibility/ CSR) Cinema XXI, di bulan Ramadan yang penuh berkah ini Cinema XXI menggelar kegiatan CSR Ramadan yang bertajuk Bersama Tingkatkan Kebaikan dan Kekeluargaan di Bulan Ramadan.

Penerima manfaat dari kegiatan CSR yang diadakan pada tanggal 25 Maret 2025 ini adalah Yayasan Merah Putih Karya Mandiri (YMPKM). Berlokasi di Cilincing, YMPKM memiliki rumah belajar yang menaungi 200 orang yang terdiri dari beragam rentang usia, mulai dari SD, SMP, SMA, hingga lansia.&nbsp;

Berdiri sejak tahun 2006, kegiatan yang dilakukan di rumah belajar diantaranya PAUD, Paket A-B-C, Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur&rsquo;an untuk anak dan ibu-ibu, bimbingan belajar untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus, dan pembuatan makanan. Selain rumah belajar, YMPKM juga memfasilitasi masyarakat sekitar khususnya para ibu untuk melakukan kegiatan ekonomi rumahan, seperti membuat makanan ringan dan menjahit. 
 
Kemitraan Cinema XXI dengan YMPKM sudah terjalin sejak terpilihnya ibu-ibu anggota YMPKM untuk mengerjakan upcycling seat cover kursi bioskop menjadi bantal serbaguna.&nbsp;Bantal-bantal ini kemudian didonasikan kepada pihak-pihak yang membutuhkan, seperti panti asuhan, rumah belajar, dan supir angkutan umum.

Rangkaian kegiatan CSR di momen Ramadhan ini diawali dengan nonton bareng (nobar) film 1 Kakak 7 Ponakan bersama 100 orang anak dan pengurus YMPKM &nbsp;di Koja Trade Mall XXI. Jakarta, March 24, 2025 &ndash; PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya Tbk (Cinema XXI, stock code: CNMA) held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the fiscal year 2024 on March 24, 2025. During this meeting, shareholders approved several important decisions, including a total cash dividend distribution of IDR750 billion, which amounts to IDR9 per share, and a share buyback plan valued at IDR300 billion. 
 
Included in the cash dividend of IDR9 per share is an interim dividend of IDR5 per share, which was paid on November 15, 2024. The remaining dividend of IDR4 per share will be paid on April 24, 2025.

The distribution of cash dividends reflects our commitment to managing the company with strong business fundamentals while continuously creating optimal value for our shareholders,&quot; said Suryo Suherman, President Director of Cinema XXI, in an official statement on Monday, March 24. 
 
The AGMS approved the Company&rsquo;s plan to conduct a share buyback, allocating a maximum fund of IDR300 billion. The maximum price for the share buyback is set at IDR270 per share, in accordance with the regulations outlined in the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 29 of 2023. The buyback will be executed in stages through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over a period of up to 12 months following the AGMS.

Suryo stated that the buyback plan is anticipated to add value for shareholders and bolster investor confidence, in addition to dividend distribution.

Cinema XXI will continue to enhance sustainability efforts in all company policies. &quot;We will focus on business development and improving the quality of service for our customers, while also implementing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles. Jakarta, 24 Maret 2025 &ndash; PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya Tbk (Cinema XXI, kode saham: CNMA) menggelar Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) untuk tahun buku 2024 pada 24 Maret 2025. Dalam RUPST ini, para pemegang saham menyetujui beberapa keputusan penting, termasuk di antaranya pembagian dividen tunai total sebesar Rp750 miliar atau Rp9 per saham serta rencana pembelian kembali saham (buyback) senilai Rp300 miliar.

Termasuk di dalam dividen tunai senilai Rp9 per saham adalah dividen interim sebesar Rp5 per saham yang telah dibayarkan pada 15 November 2024. Sisa dividen sebesar Rp4 per saham akan dibayarkan pada 24 April 2025.

Buyback akan dilakukan secara bertahap melalui Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dalam jangka waktu maksimal 12 bulan setelah pelaksanaan RUPST.

Jakarta, February 27, 2025 &ndash; PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya Tbk (Cinema XXI, stock code: CNMA) reported a revenue of IDR5.7 trillion as of December 31, 2024. This reflects an increase of 9.2% compared to IDR5.2 trillion for the same period in 2023. Net profit after tax rose to IDR802.5 billion, recorded an 8.1% increase from IDR742.3 billion in 2023. The Company&#39;s EBITDA for the year reached IDR1.8 trillion.

Suryo stated that the revenue increase in 2024 was driven by the sales of movie tickets and food and beverages, reaching IDR5.5 trillion, or grew by 9.8% compared to the previous year. This sales growth resulted from various innovations and business strategies, such as opening new cinemas in strategic locations, diversifying food and beverage menus to cater audience preferences, and implementing effective and targeted promotional programs.

In 2024, Cinema XXI opened 16 new cinema locations and added 70 screens to enhance service access and foster business growth. The total number of cinemas operated reached 256, with 1,350 screens in 65 cities and regencies throughout Indonesia. This expansion of the cinema network also contributed to an increase in total admissions, reaching 87.1 million in 2024, grew by 3.3% &nbsp;from 84.3 million in 2023.

&ldquo;Despite the challenges in recovering the international film market, the domestic film industry in Indonesia has produced a diverse array of quality films that support the cinema industry&#39;s growth. This has also led to an increase in Cinema XXI&rsquo;s total admission, contributing to the Company&#39;s revenue growth,&quot; said Suryo.

The domestic film industry is showing a positive trend by offering a variety of stories and high-quality productions that attract audiences. In 2024, 21 national movies surpassed one million viewers each, and 7 out of the 10 most-watched movies of the year were domestic titles. The Company&#39;s Share Buyback Plan 
Cinema XXI plans to conduct a share buyback of up to Rp300 billion. The buyback is driven by the fact that the current share price of the Company does not reflect its fair value, performance, and prospects. This initiative is expected to provide added value to shareholders, in addition to dividend distribution. Suryo stated, &quot;We hope that the buyback will enhance investor confidence in Cinema XXI&#39;s fundamental value and provide flexibility in long-term capital management.&quot;

The Company limits the buyback price to a maximum of IDR270 per share while ensuring compliance with the provisions of POJK 29/2023. The buyback will be conducted in stages through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), in accordance with the provisions of POJK No. 29 of 2023. Cinema XXI plans to execute the share buyback within 12 months after receiving the approval from the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). The AGMS will be held on March 24, 2025, and the Company must complete the buyback by March 24, 2026.

Jakarta, 27 Februari 2025 &ndash; PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya Tbk (Cinema XXI, kode saham: CNMA) meraih pendapatan sebesar Rp5,7 triliun per 31 Desember 2024, meningkat 9,2% dibandingkan dengan periode yang sama pada tahun 2023 sebesar Rp5,2 triliun. Laba bersih setelah pajak juga mencatatkan kenaikan menjadi Rp802,5 miliar, tumbuh 8,1% dibandingkan tahun 2023 sebesar Rp742,3 miliar, dengan perolehan EBITDA Rp1,8 triliun. &nbsp;

Dalam upaya meningkatkan akses layanan serta pertumbuhan bisnis, sepanjang tahun 2024 Cinema XXI membuka 16 lokasi bioskop baru dan menambah 70 layar, sehingga total bioskop yang dioperasikan mencapai 256 bioskop dengan total 1.350 layar di 65 kota/kabupaten di seluruh Indonesia. Perluasan jaringan bioskop ini turut mendorong peningkatan jumlah penonton yang mencapai 87,1 juta penonton pada 2024, tumbuh 3,3% dari 84,3 juta penonton pada 2023.&nbsp;

Rencana pembelian kembali saham perusahaan 
Cinema XXI berencana melakukan pembelian kembali saham atau buyback sebanyak-banyaknya Rp300 miliar. Pelaksanaan Buyback dilatarbelakangi kondisi perdagangan harga saham saat ini dianggap belum mencerminkan nilai, kinerja, dan prospek sebenarnya. Langkah ini diharapkan dapat memberikan nilai tambah bagi pemegang saham, selain melalui pembagian dividen. &ldquo;Kami berharap buyback dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan investor terhadap fundamental bisnis Cinema XXI dan memberikan fleksibilitas perusahaan dalam pengelolaan modal jangka panjang,&rdquo; jelas Suryo.

Perusahaan membatasi harga pembelian kembali sampai dengan maksimum Rp270 per lembar saham, dengan tetap mematuhi ketentuan dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (&ldquo;POJK&rdquo;) No. 29 Tahun 2023. Buyback akan dilakukan secara bertahap melalui Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) sesuai ketentuan dalam POJK No. 29 Tahun 2023. Cinema XXI menargetkan pelaksanaan pembelian kembali saham akan berlangsung paling lama 12 bulan setelah mendapatkan persetujuan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST). Adapun RUPST dijadwalkan pada 24 Maret 2025, sehingga batas akhir perusahaan dapat melakukan buyback adalah 24 Maret 2026.&nbsp;
